Pleading is defined as the defense or accusation shown by the lawyer or the public prosecutor before the court in a particular case
This is to present the arguments of each of the litigants in the case before the court.
The importance of the pleading lies in the fact that it enables the judges to stand on the details of the case, and the meanings and concepts contained in its papers that are not clear except by the pleadings of the two parties to the case and presenting the point of view of each of them regarding the facts and papers contained in the case. The pleading is divided into two parts.
Oral and written pleading. As for the oral pleading, it is the pleading that the plaintiff performs orally and in an impromptu manner before the court, and the written pleading is that which the lawyer presents in writing in the form of a reading so that it is prepared in advance and the lawyer suffices to request that it be included in the session records
